Use of oil separator in a DPF cleaning machine

The oil separator is used to collect oil floating on the surface of water. It can be used wherever the work surface is small and where liquids need to move and be deoiled at various locations. Often, oil-soaked particulate filters precipitate into the wash after turbocharger failures. Previously, no de-oiling systems were used in DPF cleaning machines, and floating oil suspensions had to be removed manually. 

   Unfortunately, this was not comfortable for the machine operator and, importantly, did not produce the desired results. Nowadays, thanks to the belt oil separator which is installed in the left rear corner of the water tank on the DPF Premium machine, separating oil from the working fluid is no problem and takes place automatically. The tape is made of plastic with adhesive properties. 

   This makes it easy to separate the oil from the working fluid. The waste removal system from the oil separator is located outside, on the left side of the machine. In order to collect unwanted substances, simply place a 5-liter container, e.g. a can, under the outlet. The biggest advantage of using a belt oiler is its high efficiency, regardless of the water level in the tank. In addition, it extends the service life of process equipment while reducing operating costs. It is also possible to equip DPF Premium machines with an oil separator at an additional fee.
When cleaning DPFs, detergents are used to make the process more efficient. Only one dispensing method was previously used. Before starting work, the machine operator would pour a specific amount of fluid directly into the filter and then clean it. 

   OTOMATIC engineers have developed a convenient solution that provides completely serviceless operation. Thanks to the automatic dosing device that injects a specific dose of detergent into the filter at certain intervals throughout the cleaning process, the machine operator no longer has to remember to pour detergent into the filter before cleaning. 

   As a main benefit of this solution, the device takes full advantage the quality and efficiency of the washing liquid, which is fed in appropriate amounts directly from an external tank to the filter.
Both methods can be combined or used interchangeably, as needed.

A compressed air gun is easily used to blow out lingering water in the channels of the EURO 6 filter from trucks; latex gloves in the front door housing protect the operator's hands and prevent contact with sprayed liquid during cleaning. 

   A gun with an installed detergent tank is used for cleaning the surface of the dirty filter housings under pressure. These solutions allow for performing ancillary tasks with the machine door closed.
A solution that allows connection of the central heating system to a heating coil located inside the water tank in the machine. This system works in a closed-loop and it is connected to an external central heating system.

During the heating season, water from the central heating system flows through the heating coil [stainless steel] creating additional heating source for the water located in the tank. This type of solution allows maintenance of a constant temperature even when the machine is idle, thus saving time and money on the heating process.

In this solution, the heaters are placed inside the water tank in specially designed stainless-steel ducts. This prevents the direct contact of heaters with the water solution located in the tank, protecting them against external factors, including the degrading effect of the cleaning solution.

This solution enables easier cleaning of the tank chamber, and in case of emergency or a fault, there is no need to change the water. The larger tank also decreases the frequently need of water exchange.
